Get your DOT Drug Collection Re-Certification for DOT to collect Urine which meets DOT FMCSA Part 41. Learn the DOT Custody and Control Forms (CCF) and required protocol to perform DOT Urine Collection for various companies required by law. New Hire, Random, Post Incident, and Reasonable Suspicion. When you pay for services, you will be contacted by email with the training requirements. You will be required to watch the 1 hour video, complete the self test, and sit for the Mocks with Michael at Arklatex Health Center, Dr. Raker's office. Once completed I will then put your certfication in your portfolio on the database, and notify you with a link. You can then download and print your certification. REMEMBER YOUR CERTFICATION MUST BE DISPLAYED IN YOUR OFFICE. IF YOU PERFORM OFF SITE TESTING SERVICES, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COPY OF YOUR CERTIFICATION.
